Ships Index From 1873: Holland-America Line

Some of the immigrants to Kent and Ottawa Counties made their trip on a ship of the Holland America Line. It was originally the Netherlands-American Steamship Company beginning in 1873. It was principally a carrier of immigrants to the United States until after 1900. Over 850,000 immigrants were transported.
